We are passing https://wpt.fyi/results/scroll-animations/view-timelines/view-timeline-get-set-range.html in our test infrastructure but failing on WPT.fyi.

Bug 307805 is actually making this fail locally as well.

This boils down to adding support for the `scroll` view progress timeline range, which is also what is causing bug 307784, so this will be fixed there. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 307784 ***
